Backend Developer

We are hiring a Backend Developer to own high-impact initiatives across delivery, quality, and cross-functional execution.

• Build and maintain core workflows with strong reliability and observability.
• Lead root-cause analysis for production issues and drive preventive improvements.
• Contribute to standards, playbooks, and onboarding materials for the broader team.
• Coach teammates through reviews, pairing, and practical implementation guidance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Java, Spring Boot, MySQL
• Strong written communication, documentation hygiene, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and convert goals into clear execution plans.
• Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and reporting accuracy.

• Prior experience in high-growth teams with evolving priorities and deadlines.
• Experience mentoring peers and improving team processes.
• Domain familiarity in B2B workflows, analytics, or operational tooling.
• Exposure to cross-border collaboration and asynchronous communication.
