Full Stack Developer

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to own high-impact initiatives across delivery, quality, and cross-functional execution.

The role combines hands-on implementation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.

• Build and maintain core workflows with strong reliability and observability.
• Lead root-cause analysis for production issues and drive preventive improvements.
• Contribute to standards, playbooks, and onboarding materials for the broader team.
• Coach teammates through reviews, pairing, and practical implementation guidance.

Core Skills: C#, .NET, SQL Server

• Demonstrated ability to deliver production-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable communicating trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with incident handling, problem isolation, and structured debugging.
• Experience range: 5-8 years.
