Junior Python Developer

We are hiring a Junior Python Developer to own high-impact initiatives across delivery, quality, and cross-functional execution.

The role combines hands-on implementation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.

• Execution: Deliver scoped projects from planning through release with clear progress updates.
• Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and QA to reduce rework and improve quality.
• Ownership: Maintain documentation, resolve blockers early, and improve delivery predictability.
• Reporting: Share weekly status, risks, and recommendations with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Python, Django, PostgreSQL
• Strong written communication, documentation hygiene, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and convert goals into clear execution plans.
• Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and reporting accuracy.

• Prior experience in high-growth teams with evolving priorities and deadlines.
• Experience mentoring peers and improving team processes.
• Domain familiarity in B2B workflows, analytics, or operational tooling.
• Exposure to cross-border collaboration and asynchronous communication.
