Job Overview
Omnihyre is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing team in Makati.
This role will play a key part in delivering our next-generation recruitment platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build features that impact thousands of job seekers and employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work that meets sprint goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ensure smooth delivery.
- Contribute to team standards, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Core Skills: Figma, User Research, Prototyping, Design Systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience: 2-4 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR tech or recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products.
